WGRG GooseLeg No. 2

This is a basic, no-frills recording (at Holy City) of a liturgy on Christianity in the context of other world faiths

It contains a reflection on Hagar, who is a significant figure for Jews, Muslims & Christians; a celebration of the common ground that the world’s great religions share, focusing on conceptions of space, time, sound, words, people and peace; Gospel sequence and reflection on Jesus’ words, ‘I am the Way’; and concludes with an inclusive affirmation of how God is bigger than any one (or all) religion.

Songs include God beyond all names, From Adam came the apple, Sarantanani (Men and women, let us walk)/ Bolivia, Sizohamba (We will walk with God)/ South Africa and All the wonder.

This liturgy, first used at Holy City in Glasgow has also been used at Greenbelt.
