Rediscovering the Bible as the People’s Book

For many lay people in the West, the Bible is a book which needs to be opened by a priest or pastor… as if God only spoke to those who were ordained. Yet for most of human history and for most people in the world today, the Bible was not a book, but a family album in which you met friends and made friends with God. This session aims at taking away the scare from reading the Bible.
